		<description>It has been an inspiration and an education for the kids on my CC and track team to read about the Hudson-Ritz collaboration the past few years, and we are all so sad to hear that it has come to an end. Best of luck to coach Hudson and to Ritz as you both move forward, and thank you for sharing your training and racing philosophy with the wider running community. This is a beautiful but very tough sport and your open-house approach is commendable.
