The 39th Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta provided quite a few party favors on the nations birthday. Four Marathon Performance athletes ran fast on the 6.2 mile course along with 55,000 other runners. Eugene resident Sally Meyerhoff won the Portland Track Festivals Elite 10k on Friday night. Setting a PR and winning the race in 33:14.14, Sally easily ran under the qualifying mark for this months USA Outdoor Champs at Hayward Field.
