College:
2004 (Freshman @ Arizona): Trafeh had a very strong freshman year for the Wildcats, competing in all seven races. He placed 23rd in the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 25:09 (8,000 meters). For his efforts he was selected as the Pac-10 Newcomer and Freshman of the Year. Also had a pair of fourth place finishes at the ASU Invitational (25:23, 8,000 meters) and the Aztec Invitational (25:47, 8,000 meters) and an 11th place finish at the Dave Murray Invite (20:07, 6,300 meters).

High School:
Duarte High School, Duarte, California – Team captain for two years and team most valuable player all four years of high school. Selected as an all-Montview Conference runner all four years as well.Named to all-region for Southern California three years. Three-time Division 4 all-state selection.
