ROAD TO THE TRACK TRIALS Episode 2

James and Boaz were doing 1 k repeats at a controlled pace on Eugene’s Amazon Trail.  Following the repeats Boaz headed to the South Eugene track to finish up with a few more intervals on the track.   Boaz will be competing on a relay team at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia the week after next.
